River Canoe Hire (Trip 1) - 2-hour "out-n-back"
Meet at our base at Rushden Lakes, and following a friendly safety briefing & paddle demo, you'll set off on your 2-hour paddle, first across the lake, and then exploring our beautiful River Nene at your own pace.
Four Check-In Times Each Day Are:
9.00am, 10.30am, 12.00
River Canoe Hire (Trip 2) - Half Day "out-n-back"
Meet at our base at Rushden Lakes, and following a friendly safety briefing & paddle demo, you'll set off on your 4-hour paddle, first across the lake, and then exploring our beautiful River Nene at your own pace.
Three Check-In Times Each Day Are:
9.00am, 10.30am and 12.
River Canoe Hire (Trip 4) - Full Day "out-n-back"
Meet at our base at Rushden Lakes, and following a friendly safety briefing & paddle demo, you'll set off on your full-day paddle, first across the lake, and then exploring our beautiful River Nene at your own pace.

River Canoe Hire (Trip 5) - Full Day Rushden Lakes to Thrapston
Really full, fabulous day this one, meeting at The Boathouse at 9.00am, a full day paddling downstream with lovely Woodford Mill Tea Room for lunch, and pick-up from Thrapston Nine Arches Bridge at 5.00pm to return you to Rushden Lakes, where you can perhaps enjoy a well

A wonderful stretch of river, and a bit of a favourite day trip for many of our customers. It might be the beautiful scenery, or the slightly later start (9.30am), or maybe it’s the absolutely idyllic riverside pub, The King’s Head, perfectly placed at Wadenhoe for a fab
